These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SEO Tab, an SEO analytics and reporting service operated by ONMEDIA LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using SEO Tab at getseotab.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About SEO Tab
SEO Tab is an SEO analytics and reporting tool that connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to provide consolidated performance dashboards, keyword tracking, optimization logging, and reporting features.
The Service is designed for SEO professionals, digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and business owners who want to track and report on their organic search performance.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SEO Tab. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
2.3 One Account Per User
Each user should maintain only one account. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
3. Google Account Connection
3.1 Authorization
To use SEO Tab’s core features, you must connect your Google account and authorize access to Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics 4 data. We use Google’s OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access your data.
3.2 Data Access
When you connect your Google account, you grant SEO Tab permission to:
- Read your Google Search Console performance data
- Read your Google Analytics 4 metrics
- Access the list of properties in your accounts
We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide the Service.
3.3 Disconnecting Your Google Account
You can disconnect your Google account from SEO Tab at any time. This immediately revokes our access to your Google data. You can disconnect from within SEO Tab settings or directly from your Google Account Permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3.4 Google’s Terms
Your use of Google services (including Search Console and Analytics) is subject to Google’s own terms of service. SEO Tab is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free Tier
SEO Tab offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required to use the free tier.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (“Pro”) provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
4.3 Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4.5 Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use automated scripts to access the Service without our permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
- Use the Service in a way that violates Google’s terms of service
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
SEO Tab, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by ONMEDIA LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
6.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including data received from Google APIs. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use.
8.3 Third-Party Dependencies
SEO Tab relies on Google Search Console and Google Analytics APIs. Changes to Google’s services or APIs may affect the functionality of SEO Tab.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of data retrieved from Google services. SEO Tab displays data as provided by Google’s APIs.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONMEDIA LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONMEDIA LIMITED from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONMEDIA LIMITED regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition.
